Conidur

Conidur

Applications

Conidur

Conidur are drilled with conical triangular holes. They are manufactured by a special process that allows the drilling of smaller holes in relation to the thickness of the plate, even in materials such as stainless steel.

The conical shape of its orifices decreases the resistance to passage, providing a faster flow. This process makes it possible to manufacture stainless steel sheets with 0.5 mm and 0.1 mm holes, far exceeding any possible result with ordinary perforated sheets.

Utilization

1 - As a separating element in centrifuges.

2 - As a screening element in vibrating machines.

3 - Mining: fine coal centrifuges, muddy coal centrifuges and sludge dewatering in vibrating screens, air dust eliminators;

4 - Chemical Industry: Centrifuges in general, among others, such as ammonium sulphate, iron sulphate, glauber salt, sodium chloride, sodium sulphate, calcined potash, soluble cellulose, zinc sulphate, synthetic fibers - acid centrifuges and crushing synthetic resins;

5 - Sugar industry: Sugar centrifuges, hammer mills in general;

6 - Food Industry: Grain Hammer Mills, Fruit Juice Sieves;

7 - Indústria Madeireira: Componente de Moinho Martelo para trituração e seleção de grânulos de madeira para fábricas de aglomerados.
